Nue Ads is an AI-powered platform that helps users create advertising creatives, generate marketing copy, and schedule social media posts. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze products and generate ad content.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

4. Credits and Payment

  • New users receive 50 free credits upon signup
  • 1 credit = 1 ad generation
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to:

  • Process and analyze your content to provide the Service
  • Store your content on our servers
  • Generate derivative works (ad creatives) based on your inputs

You represent that you have the right to use any content you upload.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Create misleading or deceptive advertisements

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to generate advertising content. You acknowledge that:

  • AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate
  • You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated content before use
  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes

8. Social Media Integration

When you connect social media accounts (Instagram, X/Twitter), you authorize us to post content on your behalf according to your scheduling preferences. You remain responsible for all content posted to your accounts.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and technology, is owned by Nue Ads. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
